At Sean James we try to make ordering as easy as possible. We offer a variety of sizes and accessories for the Z Base batch rack that will allow you to build your own customized rack. Guarantee

All merchandise is backed by a 30-day full satisfaction guarantee from delivery date. Product defects are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from date of delivery. Prior authorization from Sean James is required for all returns.

Ordering

You can order directly from our online catalog, or by phone or fax, using any major credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Online orders are encrypted and secure. Purchase orders are accepted from established businesses with proper credit approval. Billing is net 30.

Shipping

There is a flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 per rack. Most items ship UPS. If you order a quantity of 6 or more, we will be glad to obtain a freight quote from  one of our discounted common carriers, or a carrier of your choosing, and pass on the lowest shipping cost. Freight charges are prepaid and add, unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.
